Windows 7 Activation Issues
It's come to our attention that a small subset of users are having trouble activating (not during installation where the key will be accepted) their Windows 7 keys through Microsoft. If you receive the error shown below during activation first, don't panic! The issue has been identified and fixed on our end and for all new sales following October 26th.

If you've purchased a key on the 1st September, 09 or between October 9th, 2009 - October 26th, 2009 then you may be affected.
- If you've successfully activated your copy of Windows then no action needs to be taken - you're okay.
- If you've installed and received the error during activation we can fix this - please see instructions for emailing us below
- If you received a Windows 7 key during the above dates and haven't installed yet then you may receive that error when you activate. Unfortunately there's no way to tell until you've actually tried to activate so if you encounter an error then please see instructions for emailing us below.

If your CD Key is missing the last character then you should have already received an email from us. If you didn't receive it or are still having issues, please email us (see below).
